this is probably the issue with cormani:
  • An intercollegiate athlete may not enter into a contract for compensation for the use of her or his name, image, or likeness if a term of the contract conflicts with a term of the intercollegiate athlete’s team contract. A postsecondary educational institution asserting a conflict under this paragraph must disclose each relevant contract term that conflicts with the team contract to the intercollegiate athlete or her or his representative.

Why would that be the issue when it applies to every recruit in Florida

No the issue most likely is the timing of when he gets paid as he is a kid that likely could come here start 3yrs then dip. So if Ruiz back loads contracts that reward guys for graduating, that would be a potential problem for a guy that only wants to be here 3 yrs.

The point is Cormani isn’t allowed to get any NiL money from ANYONE until he leaves Hs cause he plays hs football in Florida. That applies to us and every other school recruiting him so it wouldn’t be a problem/the holdup. Further we didn’t have this issue with any of the other Florida recruits we got…

then that isnt a complicated issue. you call ruiz and tell him to make it work. a problem isnt a problem if it can be solved with money....

I know this is old but this video is hilarious. This guys a freshman at bama and right in the middle of living his dope boy dreams when all of a sudden keeping it real goes wrong. I don’t condone criminal activity but if you in that life and get caught don’t cry like a bih when it goes bad.
