I personally think Hill has the lowest upside among all DBs that played last season. I know that's being harsh given how badly guys like Jaden Harris performed. But whereas most of the failures by the other DBs were due to alignment/assignment errors, which a decent coach could correct, Hill was getting outright smoked. I don't see how Miami staff can help him materially improve upon that, other than having Safeties bail him out.
