Yup. Columbia isn't even the biggest city in South Carolina. You add up Columbia, it's county, and it's 5 neighboring counties (metro Columbia area) and you still don't hit 1 million people. Meanwhile there are more people living in the metro Miami area than the entire state of South Carolina.
