Dumpster Fire at USC - We could be them

Isn’t JT Daniels injured, concussions?

I’m not sure they’re worse off.

The Trojans’ third team QB played very well in a 38-35 loss to ASU. Richt scored 27 points his the last two games, with his starter. The second team and third team QBs are suspended. The true freshman at number four isn’t likely to play.

We have one more win than them, with more talent on our roster than everyone but one team in our conference. More talent than 95% of college football teams, yet we are 5-3.

But you are right, we could be 4-4 and not 5-3 right now. Let's crack open the bubbly's shall we?

I wouldn't say 95% of teams across the country. We're a 20 to 25 ranked team in the country on talent.
We have no talent at QB, nor OL, and after our started on DL we're. DBs were OK, RBs and WRs were strong.

AUB, LSU, Bama, TAMU, UGA, Clem, OSU, PSU, U-M, Oklahoma, WVU, UF, Notre Dame are all for sure.
Some could argue the WSU, UW, Oregon, MSU, USC, TTU.

We're looking at 79% percent of teams are absolutely more talented.
While, 70% of team can be argued.

It could be more teams because they have strong QBs (since QBs are a driving force to a strong team), and I didn't include teams we lost too cause I think UVA and BC are less talented then us.

Take off the orange and green shades man. We ain't that good. we're just a slightly above average team, that can lose any given Saturday really.
Doesn't take away the fact that I think our QB progression of playcalling is absolute garbage.

We are USC. It’ll take a Pete Carroll-esque hire for us to have any real success again.

USC has had one good run since the 80s. We are basically the same program at this point.

Both Perry and WIlliams are very highly rated Quarterbacks. With the proper coaching and offensive coordinator either one of these guys could be making a splash right now and our offense would look leaps and bounds better than it is now. In fact I'd guarantee with a serious offensive coordinator we are undefeated looking at a top 5 ball club.

Talent and production are two different measurements. On paper via recruiting rankings, which is the only tangible way to gauge talent, we should be a top 10-15 team. We aren’t because of coaching plain and simple.

Look at the top 25 offenses: https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs/current/team/21

Take out Bama Clemson and Ohio St. from the rest of the teams, there is no way in **** you could argue are more talented than Miami. What’s the difference?????? Coaching, and ours on offense blows donkey d!ck

For all the complaints and crying - which I've done my fair share these past 2 games, we could be worse. We could be USC. Across the board, they have more talent on their roster than anyone in their conference and probably 98% of the country (including us) - and yet they are 4-4. Their stud freshman QB is struggling too. I see a lot of parallels with us.

Point is - we can be worse off like USC - but we are not. Things will get better.

Miami could also be worst off than that TRASHY Herbie Hayseed CornSUCKER program... 2-6 and about to get DRILLED by mighty Ohio St.:zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg:
Heck, the Cornsucker's had MORE returning starters, on both sides of the LOS, than Miami did entering the season.

The path to the playoff, next season, is easier for USC than Miami. I am not sure why OP is so excited about being 5-3 instead of 4-4, with a juggernaught we are years behind between us and a conference championship.

My point I am trying to make in this thread - is that we are not alone, other marquee programs are also struggling and we will eventually turn it around - have some faith. Everyone wants to fire this one/fire that one - make changes here/make changes there/make changes everywhere. Have some faith LONG TERM in the program and we will get it right.

Motherfuxxkas want to bury Richt after a rough stretch. He will get it right. He is a coach with a winning pedigree. He is far from perfect but he is miles better than we what we got in the past few hires. Who else we gonna get??? No one!! So suck it up - persevere through this rough stretch and when things get better - all you ******* gonna be back on the bandwagon. Peace.

OP Is making the same type of argument Richt made to Joe Rose about all the other teams that lost last week too. Who cares? We suck.

We are a dumpster fire and have been for over 15 years. 4 coaches and counting. Numerous assistants. Lousy record against top teams. If we are not a dumpster fire now then we soon will be.

Faith?????? It’s like continuing to stick your finger in a light socket hoping that at some point you don’t get zapped

Richt’s ineptitude on offense goes back to 2017, our struggles are nothing new. He has not shown me anything to put faith in, he has gotten worse in 2018

So as stated, I only looked at P5 teams, there are five G5 teams in the top 25.

You're saying that LSU wasn't more talented then us? At every defensive starting position they are higher, at every starting OL and WR and RB they are higher, QB is the one outlier and that's only .2 rivals rating difference. UGA is not more talented then us, Oklahoma? I get it exaggeration for effect but be real. If all things being equal regarding coaching, our OL is no where near that level. Our QBs, Nkosi and Williams while highly rated, still lower then Jake Fromm or Justin Fields.

If coaching was everything then OSU wouldn't have lost to Purdue this year, or Iowa last year.
I've stated before, our program is one like Wisconsin, we'll be a cyclical program with a high of 10 to 11 win season with a low of 8. Harsh reality and it sucks.

I'm not sure we'd be undefeated, LSU defense had studs all around and they were healthy like us. It be a toss up with hindsight in the mix, but a better offensive scheme would certainly help. I hate this offense more then anyone, being a top offensive coach in Canada, it sucks and doesn't help anyone at all form the defense, to the QB, to WR, to OL to RB.

Just unsure about N'Kosi the time we've seen him, he's done nothing that screams stud other then his arm strength, he only performed against terrible teams including FSU, which was on full display vs Clemson, and with Williams we haven't seen anything of him to declare anything, you're just basing that off of assumptions.

Are you clinically retarded?????????

I did not even know what you are arguing

2017: UNC, Syracuse, Pitt, Toledo
2018: UVA, BC

Teams that we should of absolutely demolished based on talent but we either barely won or lost to. The reason? Coaching

Our offensive and ST coaching ranks around 90 to 100 across the board. There is no denying that

Dude what kinda Fvcked up logic is this? Cmon man, pull your balls outta your watch pocket and demand a quality product.

Things won’t get better if the OC doesn’t change.

I still Don’t see how USC struggles so much, California produces a lot of talent , they have no instate power that can actually threaten them for recruits they want and they out talent all of the teams they play and still manage to lose 4 or more games everyear , it’s pretty crazy tbh

Did you read the first post before you called me clinically retarded. All of the teams you mentioned I said we were more talented then.

You are the reason people don't post here or hate this forum now, cause you call someone a name via a screen and think you're smart, when in reality your ****tard that can't read beyond your effing Facebook feed. Go back to Pornhub you bum.

You can’t be serious.

I still don’t know what point you are arguing

I didn’t mention LSU or Georgia anywhere. Ohio St lost because they got out schemed by a more creative team. Which ties into my criticism of Richt and Co. Try it again junior

FYI, Spankbang is better than Pornhub
