This isnt true. Clemson has been outside the top 10 a few times in the last decade as has LSU who might win it all this year. UGA is the best recruiting team on average the last 5 years and is outside of the playoffs and hasnt won ****. Bama who is right with them is also out.
I believe the 3 teams you talked about have the best evaluators right now. Some of the services are off while these guys pick up the better players. Is UGA really getting the best players? I doubt it. JMO
