Wonder if he'll put on a few more pounds over the summer or if he feels he's made enough of a weight gain for now. I suspect he'll leave here 205+.

205 has been my magic number for Duke since I saw him in high school.

He could be scary at that weight.

It's said over and over again, but when the best player on your team has an attitude like Duke's, it makes it so much easier for the coaching staff. You simply point to Duke as an example of what it takes to be a great player. Granted, guys may not have the God given talent that Duke has, but if you adhere to that process, it will pay dividends in the end.

I hope some people appreciate what 12 lbs of muscle means for this kid. Too often these huge weight gains get tossed around like nothing but 12 lbs at his size and age is a HUGE deal.

Yeah but that was that day he went out to lunch with Brandon Washington. He's back to work now.

Nice to hear him give Mike James props for his mentoring. Mike might not have been the best RB to come through CG, but the guy was a class act both on and off the field. He got better and better every year and I am glad to see that Duke with his exceptional talent was receptive to Mike's mentoring. Hopefully Duke will pay it forward and get this team mentally and physically ready for what they need to do to get them to the next level. way to lead by example Duke.

Never mind his mentality. I'd take whatever it is that allows him to materialize on a different part of the field when guys try to tackle him. Bottle that and make all our guys drink it. The kid is amazing.

Yeah but that was that day he was being recruited and went out to eat with Randy and the entire 2009 team.
