Duke Johnson for Heisman: Is the Hype Real?

If he can be almost as good as Reggie I will be thrilled. Reggie Bush may have been the most exciting player I've ever had the pleasure of watching at the college level. I'm 23 so settle down older guys. I know people forget how good he was because he isn't a star in the league, but the things he did were pretty remarkable.

Bigger (in the weight room and on a scale) doesn't mean runs with more strength.

Reggie Bush has and always will run as if he's playing flag football. Duke may never match his college stats or, ****, his NFL stats, but Reggie Bush will never be a traditional RB who can get you the yards your team needs. Keep Reggie way out on the edge juking and catching passes and he's a good contributor. I prefer for my RB to get inside yards when he has to.

Meh..I dont think so..There was never an officail timed 40 for Reggie Bush..He didnt run at combine are for nfl scouts..I think I remember him running a 4.5 out of high school

Duke is real. Watch him play. What else do you need to know?

This is an exciting team. If you aren't excited, I figure you've been dead at least two weeks. Any less than that and you would rise from the dead and still be excited. Zombies are excited about the 2013 Canes.
 
Man R. Bush was so exciting to watch at USC. Dude had highlights every Saturday on sportscenter. His vision was just sick
 
If he's in New York in December, he should go pro. There would be nothing left for him to prove. I don't expect he would though, he seems like one of those kids that genuinely enjoys being at UM.

Who is this Reggie dude? Duke plays at THE U; his comparisons are close to home and nowhere are there more. If Duke wins it, he will get to keep it and will not be an embarrassment. That said, I don't think he win it this year. To do so would require us to be in NC hunt. To be in NC hunt, means Morris is having great year. That would push Morris up too. Split votes are not good. Next year is Duke's year. Rookie QB and great shot at NC anyway.

You guys are looking at this all wrong! Let's hope that Duke & Morris both have such a great year that they cancel each other out.......sound familiar? Someone else wins the Heisman while we win the more important trophy.

We didnt win the title that year though

And they didnt cancel each other out. That was media hate

You could have added Dorsey's and Willis votes and they still wouldnt have gotten the Heisman
