Duke injury - Broken Ankle: Out for season

He didn't break his ankle because of anything last week.

Duke should've never had to play so much against wake. If we show up and beat wake like we should duke don't play after half. Team has no killer instinct and I don't think they will as long as morris is qb. Any time Morris is blitzed he seems to make dumb plays. Needs to sit in pocket and get his feet set before he throws. If he is to scared to take a hit then put someone in that will.
 
he didnt get hurt because of fatigue. he got hurt because his ol got knocked on their butts.
 
I do agree the o line should have blocked better there. How many times have we tried to run on 3rd and short and 4th and sort this year and been stopped. I just hope Crawford can step up and carry the load.

i wasnt blaming the OL. it just happened. its a freak thing, just like Malcom lewis injury.
after nc i think dallas can step up.
 
hopefully miami will get to a point soon where they have multiple explosive backs like duke, so one guy doesnt have to carry the load that way and increase a chance for injury
 
Terrible news.

I have no doubt Dallas Crawford can play, but our lack of true depth at running back is going to be exposed. This is Miami, running backs grow on trees down here. We shouldn't be in this position to begin with.

That ****ed me off, but what really ****ed me off was our guys standing around doing nothing. Seantrel looked right at Jernigan and did not say or do a thing. Three years in a row FSU plays the bully and try to intimidate and are successful at it. Stand up for your teammate!

the line is full of shannon guys with that emotionless personality. the difference is amazing. chick is ripping on a guys mask. aqm looks like a machine. tucker and jamal carter are jumping up and down like mad men on special teams. stephen morris is smiling on sideline while we are losing and tyriq mccord looked like he wanted to rip someone's head off.

Duke did not get hurt because he had 30 carries last week. Do some of you even think before you post? I think I know the answer to this, and unfortunately, it's yes, which is sad. I can't believe you guys believe the crap you guys post.
 
Injuries are a part of football.. Stop acting like a bunch of ******s. Wish him a speedy recovery. This sucks big time.

Crawford and Clements are two capable RBs. Edwards can get a carry here and there if those two get winded. Please, please, please use Hagens.
 
Injuries are part of game- no use blaming anyone. IT just blows. Duke is the heart of our team and we will be without our heart for the remaining of our season. The team needs to play for DUKE for the remaining of season. If we get FSU again jernigan should be a focus for the Oline-penalties be darned. My prayers go to him, his family, and the U family. It sucks bigtime.

You sir a re a moron. There is no more courageous or tougher player on this team than Johnson. We dont yet have that ground and pound running back .Duke gets hurt because he is so courageous.
