Dugans speaks on freshmen, teaching method, Rosier

I’m getting a kick out of the fact that a former FSU WR is now one of the fan favorites on the UM staff. There is just something fun about that. Definitely a lot more fun than having a lame croc like Aubrey Hill as WR coach.

Seeing our WRs block down field last year was a tone-setter for us being physical and wanting to impose our will on other teams. Proud watching those guys finish plays that way. IMO a good indicator that things were finally changing

Coach dugans coaches just like he played, peter warrick got all the limelight, but coach dugans would be killin teams too, it wasnt nothing for him have over 100yrds receiving right along with ward in the same game. Having coach dugans on staff is no different than coach richt being at Fsu all those years, now the tables have been flipped. Coach dugans know they had a championship team at Fsu when they beat V-Tech, but when you hear a coach dugans say "when i heard ray lewis say, we dont beg people to come to Miami" he said he was like whoa, ok, now i see why they were Great, coach dugans feels at home now, but the fact that his oc in college that helped to get him to the pro's reached out hired him as the receivers coach, that man is showing loyalty to a man who already been in his shoes.

When coach richt left Fsu, their qb play was basically trash ever since until gumbo fisher took over.

Same with coac banda, he's on record saying " he's starting to see why all those Miami teams were so Great" because it's the competitive spirit that we have down here that just breeds confidence.

Dugans will always be alright w me. FSU and friend Taggart came calling, and he turned them down, his alma mater, for us. He’s good in my book.
