DT Simeon Barrow, Jr. commits to Miami

Worse now. He’s got the heat + humidity

Maybe @rok can break down the likelihood he doesn’t leave the team
It doesn't rain quite like this in New York where Barrow hails from. If record heat and precipitation don't do it, this summer's busy hurricane season may provide the final impelling force for Barrow to finally get the fudge outta here.

It wasn’t that generic. He said plenty. It was a balanced answer yet provided insight on where he can improve.
He was speaking on what undrafted rookies need to do to give them the best shot at making the team. Nothing he said was Taylor specific or addressed a flaw he showed so far through camp.

Disagree. He was specifically asked about LT and provided his initial assessment. His comments included a reference to issues that many rookies struggle with (consistent effort), while indicating that LT’s talent isn’t an issue (that isn’t the case for all rookies). He even talked about LT’s potential to enjoy a long professional career. Again, it was balanced but highlighted an issue that has plagued LT since he enrolled at Miami (work ethic & effort).

A head coach isn’t going to blast an UDFA during a press conference or proclaim him the next Jerome Brown. Not sure what else you expect him to say.

I'm ok with disagreeing.

I’m told he’s leaning on staying now

This a very fluid situation but Miami is feeling good here
