Probably only 2 DL I'd take over Chad Thomas right now, and that's because they're DTs.

Moten and Valentine. They fit perfectly with what we do and where we need to be. Like Chad Thomas a whole bunch - said that last year when I watched the FSU dude who is now our enemy - but we can substitute what he'd bring better than we can substitute what those guys would bring.
 
Personally, I would prefer Holley. I think its easier for us to get DE's down in south florida than it is to land quality DT's.

I get the feeling we end up with Moten. Not sure why, but never felt convinced he was gone.

Didn't realize you were that high on Moten. I like Valentine a lot as well, love the athletixism and size he brings to the DL.
 
No doubt we would throw a parade for Chad Thomas, but we "NEED" Holley! Chad is a Monster Truck, but we need that dump truck they use in open pit mining. Guess you get my overstated point. To get both and Valentine, Golden and Co. would spark up a fatty, break out the yak and have some strippers limoed to the football office.

I'm judging him on how well I think he fits with us and what I anticipate we will do. I actually don't think he fits as well at UF. He'd be better off at Alabama, Ohio State or Stanford than UF.
