Pretty sure it's James Smith.Peter woods or Keldric faulk?
It is unfathomable. This is why I put it as CIS recruiting law #3.Look anything is possible & we’re recruiting at a level we’ve never seen, but the idea of getting a kid 5-star DT like James Smith away from Bama or UGA is a bit unfathomable to me, not saying it can’t happen, just don’t really see too many scenarios in which it would at this stage.
But who knows, stranger things have happened lol
Thatd be a grand slam. Pretty sure Hicks and Smtih are 1 and 2 in the DT board.Pretty sure it's James Smith.
He has gone quiet for awhile.Pretty sure it's James Smith.
Holy **** I didn’t realize five of the top10 DT’s were all in Alabama. Top 3 (Smith/Woods/Collins) are uncommitted, Faulk (Fsu), and Parker(Psu).
The state of Alabama has a lot of DT’s in this class...
I’m assuming BKDee is referring to the 5-star Carver boys James Smith & Jaquavious Russaw.
But, there’s also Kelby Collins, Hunter Osborne, Connor Knight & a bunch others.
Russaw is actually a DE/EDGEDT board in the OP expanded to include
I'm starting to feel better that there are DTs out there, Mario just needs to close on a couple.
- Jaquavious Russaw
- Peter Woods (100% crystal balled to Bama)
- Kelby Collins
- Hunter Osborne
- Connor Knight (is he a take?)
Thanks, OP corrected. I thought he was an edge, but I saw him listed in the conversation so I figured maybe he was a hybrid that could play either.Russaw is actually a DE/EDGE
tocome on during the season.
We are recruiting RussawWe are recruiting one of the Bama DTs way harder than the media knows.

And a total badassRussaw is actually a DE/EDGE
Ok good because I liked him there his sr year in high school. Hes a sub 4.8 speed kid so he has the straight line speed to and they could send him as a blitzer alot. Just get him on the field.@gogeta4 you asked me the other day where I heard (a birdie told me) he is moving to LB but the GOAT just confirmed it.
you're right, anything is possible. The state of Alabama has a lot of DT’s in this class...

Knight was seen as an early Miami lean back in March, but I dont’ think he’s take in this class as of yet.

I remember when he visited. He visited with another player from Bama, probably Russaw. And the way they spoke struck me as kids who are open to leaving Bama. Now I didn't give it much credence as its difficult to take kids outa there even from other SEC schools. Now with Mario its possible. Have to see how genuine it is if he takes an OV. He taken 1 so far.Checked James Smith's Twitter likes to if there was anything Miami related.. let's just say the most recent like is very NSFW
YO I SAW IT, JEEZChecked James Smith's Twitter likes to if there was anything Miami related.. let's just say the most recent like is very NSFW
Mario is Mario, but I've also been told that Steele is a major part. Would you agree with that?We are recruiting one of the Bama DTs way harder than the media knows.

who else?apparently he's not the only current player switching to LB.
Steele is very well respected in that region. Best believe he has a Rolex of solid relationships in Alabama and Georgia.Mario is Mario, but I've also been told that Steele is a major part. Would you agree with that?
