Driskell

looks like Jeff Driskel is back from his hysterectomy and at practice.
I don't know if you can recover in 9 days but still gives us the upper hand.

would love to know how he is shaping up at camp

Sperrys... Wife-beater... Is that WTH?

Great runner, horrible passer. Inaccurate and slow-minded.

= blitz the A-gaps.

my instant thought.....Hope No Frio takes his thumb out his booty and does this.

Young figured it out and gave Tebow problems with it when we had 185 pd Sean Spence out there.

The gates are weak at guard imo...send alot of blitzes up that gap and force this guy to make decisions......

He can hurt us with his legs...dude is mobile...and has size...but consistent bltzes early will hake him up..and also their oc...They'lll go into being one dimensional....and if their down it will play into our hands.

after REALLY thinking about how we can guarantee we win this game.. I finally figured it out guys hear me out

* make sure UF is on offense

- once he ball is snapped D Perryman calmly walks over to Driskell, even if he passes, hands it off, runs no matter.. he just keeps going. he must walk very slow so the tackles don't even bother with him.

- once D Perryman reaches Driskel, he positions himself at Driskels 5 (almost right next to him on his right), he pulls back and punches him REALLY hard where his appendix used to be.. i mean REALLY hard maybe even twice.

- D Perryman turns around and calmly walk over to the locker room hands up his pads and goes home to enjoy the rest of the game

Pros
1. we wing the game
2. a UF QB can actually die on our field!
3. D Perryman will be forever a Miami legend and for sure a spot in the next 30 for 30 The U
4. Al Golden can tell recruits.. "Come to Miami or there is a high chance you may die if you play us"

Cons
1. D Perryman goes to jail (I think this is the only Con i see)

The biggest concern I have is that their coaches know he can't throw well. I'm more worried about them lining up and running it 40+ times, Driskel included

That's how they beat LSU. They didn't let Driskell pass once in the second half, I believe.

You prepare, you watch film and you get ready.

I prefer to play a QB with terrible arm who can scramble then a QB with a good arm who can scramble.

The fact that we know he only has one dimension makes gameplanning much easier. We have to sure up our running game in a hurry because if we jump out and score quick...they will do everything possible to keep our offense off the field. There will be no such thing as a passing game for their offense.

If Driskel breaks a 70-yard TD run untouched up the middle like Logan Thomas, I'm going to toss the nearest Gator fan over the upper deck railing.

Running QBs always give us ****! ALWAYS! I don't care who they send out there. Line up and play ball. I would spy him with DP all game long, bump the WRs off the line, and blitz every play.

There's no reason why a running QB should give us as many problems as they did in the past. We play a lot more zone coverage now over the top and underneath. In the past, we'd play a good amount of Man or Man-Under and the defenders would run with the eligible receivers. When they'd get cleared, it was green grass or a single spy in front of the QB.

Agreed and that is what I was thinking. I still zone blitz the **** out of him and keep putting him on his back.
