No offense to Golden, but I don't think motivational tactics and core ideals translate well to the pro game. Remember, he has the "my way or no way" attitude that usually fails because the players have all of the power there.
Did you really just post this? Good god, man. The guy has every attribute you're looking for in an NFL head coach. He's organized, smart, media-savvy, and understands the psychology of the game quite well. People like to work for him, which is huge, and his ability to motivate not only translates well to the pro game, but it's an absolute necessity in light of the fact that the players have much more power.
