I am so desensitized to this, if I'm being honest.

There is a strong camp of people that push for changing football due to CTE, but Boxing and UFC exist. We see much worse in those sports..

Does football deserve the criticism it has when those two other sports exist?


I heard someone say that Hockey has gotten more violent due to rule changes that were implemented to help player safety.

Same with football, no?

Oh no doubt, but it didn’t appear he hit violently. He actually braced his fall when he dropped the pass. Then again, he hit his head off of turf vs grass. Either way, it was scary to see. The shaking of the hands as he was being carted off had me shook.

Go look up something called contrecoup. The way his head ricocheted off the ground is the issue. Hope the symptoms are temporary and fade within 24hrs.

Sort of like a car wreck...your helmet hits ground, causing your head to hit the inside of the helmet, and your brain hits your skull, basically 3 collisions. But it looks like Him trying to break the fall with His forearm was the culprit more than anything.

Buck and Aikman. Truly doesn’t get any worse. Add it to the long list of dumb things those two have said. Go check out the fly over comment they both made when they didn’t know their mics were on.

That comment made complete sense and shouldn't be controversial at all. Joe Buck is kind of a douche but i like Aikman.
