Go look up something called contrecoup. The way his head ricocheted off the ground is the issue. Hope the symptoms are temporary and fade within 24hrs.

For any head injury/trauma he'll be held at the hospital for overnight observation. They'll run a CT for his head but even if the result is negative he can have residual effects for weeks if not months later. His situation needs to be handled with lots of caution. Prayers up to him.

I def was surprised to see how quickly things escalated. Originally looked like a routine fall but then I could see with his face cuz they **** near had the camera sitting on it.
