Did we play great? No....but, give some credit to the other team. Wake destroyed a Maryland team that gave Clemson a good game this week, and UNC destroyed BC this week, and BCs been giving everyone problems.

and and and Some of those teams will play others teams who played really good teams so by default that adds to some of the teams they will play strengths of schedule

We will be #6. Computer polls don't take Margin of Victory into consideration. We were already ahead of Baylor in computer rankings and behind them in both human polls. We move up.

They could've literally scored 100 points against teams like West Virginia, Iowa State, Kansas. Those teams are bad, of course, but we're winning in the last minute against Wake and NC.

I'll admit I wouldn't want a match up with them right now they way we're playing. Honestly I can say that about most of the teams in the top ten though.

Are you guys so meek and timid that you want to give up your rankings to teams you think are more deserving? We earned 7-0, and until we lose or the voters decide to drop us, we own our ranking. The only thing being ranked lower will do is give you an excuse to not so feel so bad if we do lose. Grow a pair and believe in this team, or GTFO

Why the hubub about rankings. Lets keep everything in perspective. 7-0, 3-0, is all that matters.

For our goals thus year beating Va Tech is more important than FSU in the regular season. Don't get me wrong though, I would love to beat Them twice and go national championship. But let's take it one step at a time. Coastal, ACCG and possibly national championship.

Go undefeated in the state of Florida and that's usually a precursor to being highly ranked.
