Do we jump in to the top 10?

LSU and UGA are good, but JFC they are entirely bereft of any defensive effort. The ****? Hope LSU wins so we can pass UGA but really, clown effort on D in the SEC. Would feel good against either of these teams.

The SEC defenses have looked better the last few years because a lot of the SEC offenses were absolutely terrible

Why would we? Maybe jump to 12 but not any higher...

I say no, but we should move up a couple spots after our win today.

We're sitting at 15 in both polls.

Number 11 Oklahoma State lost, so we will jump them for sure.

If Georgia loses again, we will jump them. If Notre Dame beats #14 Oklahoma, we jump them. If BC can upset FSU, we will jump the Noles. South Carolina nearly lost to UCF, and if they weren't in the SEC we would be jumping them as well.

Will be interesting to see the polls tomorrow or monday or whenever they come out. We keep taking care of business, polls take care of themselves as other teams drop like flies week after week.

If we handle our business I'm just looking forward to us vs FSU both top 10 team match up!!

Old school type if feel again where it matters for NC picture

Sucks that oklahoma won today, but we could very realistically jump USCe(12) with their squeaker over UCF. Okie St. is done. so I mean realistically we might only move up to #14, #13 at best if USCe falls far(don't think they will because espn was building up ucf after their win against penn state).

all, assuming #10 Johnny football continues to beat up on Arkansas.

13 at best. Not enough movement ahead of us. If we handle GT well, Id say we move up to 10 or 11. IF we handle our business, the FSU game will be two top 10 teams matched up in prime time.

we will be ranked higher than FSU because Clemson is gonna smash them.

12, 13 or 14.

Move up at least one spot because Oklahoma State is about to plummet, wouldn't be surprised to see us jump UCLA simply because they were idle.

SHOULD move ahead of South Carolina, but pollsters don't punish SEC teams for struggling against inferior teams, so I don't see it.

LSU and Georgia will probably flip flop spots because lolSEClogic.

UCLA plays stanford and oregon coming up soon. if UCLA beats stanford and stanford beats oregon, and oregon beats ucla (which i think is the most realistic chance at this happening because i don't see ucla beating oregon) then it clears up three spots ahead of us. if LSU beats Alabama which i think is reasonable because Alabamas offense is suspect and their defense is not nearly what it used to be, mettenberger shoud have a field day, then we could very well be in the national championship discussion.

A little bit of a stretch sure... but it makes college football season more exciting.

We will be 14th and possibly move up one spot per week depending on our performances.

We will move up 1 spot to 14. LSU will drop into the 11th spot vacated by Okie State. No additional movement in the top 15. Even South Carolina squeaking by won't mean **** to these guys as they get the benefit of the doubt for the SEC slurp fest.

We arent hopping anyone after beating a winless USF team. The only team we pass is Okie St bc they will fall after their loss. Do half u guys ever look at the polls? I guess it may be due to us being kinda new to this whole ranked thing. Well...get used to it fellas, and act like ya been there. We come out this week up one spot at 14...

Also as a side note. The SEC will possibly have 5, count em 5 fuggin 1 loss teams in the top 25!! Worst case they will have 4. The only other teams in top 25 with 1 loss were Wisco and ND (always overrated)...but theyre about to fall out. SEC ranking carousel is beyond ridiculous.

I will not be surprised when georgia and lsu swap spots. We should move up but I don't think we will. USCe should fall well behind us after barely beating UCF but I honestly don't expect them to fall in the polls
