Dj Johnson

It's really not a fake account. But, if he comes here for his OV in January with his parents I feel like he'd end up here. I know dad wants him closer to home, but I think in the end Richt is about as good a guy as you could want to be around your son. Hopefully he OVs here.

Sad that I just checked out his FB page, but how's that thing fake again? Either way, better start having a backup plan.

It's not his. You guys must be bored in the WEST.

I think DJ sticks, but if he doesn't, I never wanna see a recruit make a short film to announce his commitment ever again.

A post from Johnson's personal account was sent to a private group of Washington fans.

It read: "Future Dawg, y'all can go ahead and add me, gonna bring UDub back to dominance."

Johnson took an official visit to Washington last weekend. He told RealDawg.com after the trip that things were 'looking good' for the Huskies.

Speculation has since spread that a flip from Miami to Washington is imminent for the Sacramento (Calif.) Luther Burbank standout.

Here's what we know as of early Saturday:

– InsideTheU reached out to Johnson late Friday about the Facebook post. He told us that his account 'got hacked' by someone. Is that true? It could be, but we're not entirely sure that's the case. Johnson has since changed his profile picture and deleted the post. This could be a situation where he tipped his hat a little too early and didn't realize that the word would get out about what could be his intentions to flip to Washington. It could also be a case where someone actually did hack into his account, although the odds of someone knowing to post that message in a group of Huskies diehard fans seems a like a stretch right now.

– 247Sports Washington Insider Ruth Robins has logged a Crystal Ball pick in favor of the Huskies. She has maintained the past couple of days that things are looking good for Washington based upon what she's hearing. We haven't heard anything positive or negative from Miami's end regarding Johnson. We can however report that Hurricanes defensive line coach Craig Kuligowski has been in contact with Johnson and is expected to see him in two weeks when the NCAA recruiting contact period opens.

– Johnson has been one of the most vocal Miami commits on Twitter since he gave a pledge to the program back in August, but he hasn't posted anything pro-UM since Nov. 6 which was five days before he took his trip to Washington. It need to however be noted that Johnson has followed multiple Huskies coaches and players in that same time frame.

– Should Johnson defect from Miami's class some names to know at defensive end would be Dillard three-star defensive end Jordan Wright and Garner (N.C.) High three-star defensive end Matthew Butler. Suwanee (Ga.) Peachtree Ridge Top100 defensive end Robert Beal is another prospect to keep an eye on, but he's believe to be solid on his pledge to Georgia.

No way he was hacked. Not knowing the kid and the fact that he hasn't been pro-UM for a couple of weeks which deviates from his normal behavior along with Deejay's "bag alert" which was mentioned previously - means he's leaning way over to UW.

Glad the staff is starting to look at other DE's.

LOL at his Facebook getting hacked. Where in that article did he reaffirm his commitment to UM? I didn't see it.

This is crooting no **** its a fight for a monster rrecruit like every year we have a better coaching staff go and do that work and keep him here simple as that like a top coaching/recruitinf staff would

Also to be fair..... He's only posted 1 things about UW since the 6th while showing Perry love in the same timeframe
The Facebook "I'm going to Washington" post could be read as another pro-Washington post.

Yup. This situation looks like "I wanted to have another dramatic announcement as it relates to my recruitment. But someone spilled the beans so I'm backtracking to sustain any type of suspense." I look forward to his next commitment announcement.
