This kid has been awfully quiet since his OV to UW. I think there's a strong chance that he's considering flipping.

He never tweets much tbh. Not ruling out the possibility but nothing different is really going on at the moment

Every year it's the same thing. Just let the situatons play out. I remember I use to stress over these kids it's really not worth it. Especially around this time of the year when the real bags start opening.

Andrew Ivins quoted him saying that his Washington official was a "10 out of 10." Sounds eerily similar to Tyler Byrd a year ago. Hoping he sticks with the Canes.

The kid was a **** to do what he did. But is the average IQ of our fanbase any better by continuing to stalk him on twitter?

Can anyone post the VIP update Andrew Ivins just gave on 247?

The little blurb I could see was that he said his UW visit was a 10 out of 10.

I think this kid succumbs to family pressure to stay out West.

Miami Top247 DE commit DJ Johnson took an official visit to Washington this past weekend. Things apparently went well. He told our Washington site that the trip was a '10 out of 10' but that he remains committed to the Hurricanes and will visit Coral Gables officially in January.

My take: This was Johnson's first official visit, so I think that he has got a little caught up in the moment in terms of how good things went. I do think that Washington is a real threat to the Hurricanes, but Coach Kul has done a nice job recruiting Johnson to date, and that counts.

The biggest thing that will help Miami in my opinion is having that official visit date in January where Miami will be able to get Johnson's parents on campus for the first time.
