Dingle and Scott....

What would be the cause of that? Bigger targets, someone flips him?

Thanks. Why would we take his commitment then if we know he's a plan B take?

This is the only recruiting gaffe for this staff this class IMO.

I don't get why they took Scott's commitment. Is it routine for programs to break their verbal agreement with a prospect, because it can be bad PR.

Speed isn't everything, Dingle has better size. I just don't get how you take both.

PR only means anything if you're bad at winning. Saban processes dudes faster than a ninja blender and steps over convulsing bodies....nobody gives a **** if you're winning.

That's fine. Winning does trump all. I think it was just unnecessary to take a plan B guy so soon.

I want Jeudy, Dingle, Buckley, Dallas as a very realistic class of 4.

Think we have a good shot with Buckley? I've read he might be an Ole Miss lean.

I'd love for a class of Jeudy, Dingle, Dallas, and 1 of Buckley/Njoku/Landers/Greene

Neither are burners. Wouldn't be surprised to see Scott land elsewhere

Besides Jeudy, who are the top WRs on our board?

In the thread linked below, D$ and Geo discuss their favorite So Fla WRs.

After watching David Njoku, it's hard not to want evidence Njoku (6'4, 4.53). Their HL tapes look exactly the same.

Since Jeudy hasn't committed to Bama yet, Miami will probably be the landing spot. Ridley & SBB committed at Alabama's spring game.

Same reason kids commit until they get better offers

what's the deal w/ Grimes....are we still making headway w/ him and his family?

Why take the commitment then. Real possibility we could strike out at south ridge other than Gibson because of this think about it.. Slow playing ***an, dropped gamble, Thompson probably will be elsewhere, might drop Scott and Davis might be leaning elsewhere...

How is dropping people striking out?

I hope scott does well wherever he ends up even if its here but i still cabt see how hes in this class if we want miami speed

im a big fan of both these kids. very talented WR's. speed definitely matters though, and if the staff thinks they can get as good or better wr's with more speed, then of course, go for it.

but gimme these 2, plus jeudy & a blazer like greene, harley, etc .. and im very satisfied with this wr class.

Multiple posters said from the jump that Scott didn't belong. Staff shouldn't of never offered. Dropping gamble was stupid aswell. Very Golden-esque

Add offering Trajan Bandy 4 months too late after he mad multiple big time offers to the list.

I keep hoping that they offer Quantino Allen. He would give us a viable deep threat from day one, possibly being the fastest guy on campus were he to set foot on it.

I'd disagree that Jeudy is a better prospect than Richards. I just expected to see more from him after all of the hype.
