Week later. He decimmitted last Saturday and wanted to recommit 8 days later but not shut it down. Why recommit then?

According to what I’ve heard in spaces and what I’ve read on message boards. Dijon met with Day today. Dijon wanted to recommit. Day asked him if he was willing to shut it down and Dijon told him no. Day said no thanks then.

Kid is in a rough spot, respect them for keeping the baby, but that’s a lot to juggle at 17 or 18. I can’t imagine making these decisions at that age. OSU is a golden ticket but to be so far from your newborn would be extremely challenging. Honestly shows some character that he doesn’t just want to leave.

I also don’t blame Day for doing exactly what’s rumored. I would.

This^^^ Trying to be a college football star and a baby Daddy aint easy... Ryan Day is probably thinking the ROI vs risk aint quite matching up anymore. The dominos are falling.
