It's been seperated twice this year. Give the kid some credit for being a team player and playing through a serious injury in his throwing arm quietly.

Coach diaz needs to 1st off, STFU and stop talking so much, same with enos and blake doesnt like talking, always seem forced to talk. All flake james had to do was STFU, be quiet and let coach richt go into his 4th year and do what he came here to do, but Noooooooo, flake for some reason felt a need to try and discuss football in the wrong way and now his lucky go to move was coach diaz, and what flake doesnt realize, he's in the same position as coach diaz, with the exception being flake james has already proven he's a below average A.D. who is definitely insecure, and has shown he's definitely not good at his job, think about it, that moron made more public support statements for the penn disgrace regime who damaged this program than he ever did for coach richt who was actually building this program up back to respectability and possible Greatness. The first time we get an established headcoach since the 90's and flake james phucks it up because one, he has no balls, was groomed by troll the castrater, so his mindset is feeble, if it wasnt for coach richt bbasically falling into his lap, had nothing to do with flake, this is coach richt's alma mater, not to many coaches out their want to come here under flake.

Point is, seasoned coaches dont respect flake, and right now coach diaz is respected but has no headcooaching success that would make people confident to come and work for him, coach richt was well respected and his loyalty was proven, so guys always had confidence coming to work with him and for him, coach diaz is nowhere at that level.

Coach diaz is smart, but going with jw15 wasnt the smart move this year, he should've went with the proven warrior in N'kosi perry who already has shown he was battle tested against Fsu, than for him to come in, and do what we already knew he could do saturday and that's put this team in position to win every week, perry didnt miss the extra point for the lead nor does he play defense, he did his job, so here's the leadership at UM now, flake james, diaz and jw15 who only has wins against BETHUNE COOKMAN and an escaped victory over Central Michigan. We said it along time ago, jw15 is another one who needs to STFU, all this improvement talk during the bye week and he comes out and throws 3 picks, STFU.

So coach diaz is hitching his 1st headcoaching position to jw15, lol, let's see how it turns out, does he want the consistent 250yrd, scared to throw the ball downfield performer who doesnt put up points but was scared in the 1st half of the BETHUNE COOKMAN game or does he eventually does the right thing and goes with perry, who was always my choice from the get go, cause right now, this is definitely coach diaz:

It’ll be pretty easy to see if he’s calling plays during games unless he’s a highly skilled ventriloquist.
