Diaz owns up to FIU loss: "That responsibility falls upon me"

"It's on me." I've heard it before. Without knowing how to fix it, it's meaningless.

Cheers to that my friend.

When I hear that culture BS.....I know it's another excuse ...How about getting a OC that knows how to utilize talent...Enos fooled us with one sorry a$$ motion play..... then went back to his $hitty offense ..lol

Idk. We have a lot of posters who say f this and f that. If you post an analytic thought that is logical, the f this crew will likely call you a ***gott. I also wonder if Andrew would be ultimately held liable for his lack of moderation. His moderators are some major f this crew.

I have done a lot of litigation and some first amendment cases. I think a case based on a poster going off would have some great legs against the board. As my first amendment professor taught us day one at BU law, words matter and can cause real injuries.
This is how things get incrementally worse. 99.999% of people use forums like this as an opportunity to vent frustration with like minded people. Then one guy who's a little unstable does something stupid. His actions get positive feedback and next time it's something more dramatic. Before too long have to carry clear bags into sporting events and take off your shoes at the airport.

Al Golden was MUCH better at these pressers than Manny. Manny just seems like a sleazy used car salesman, that anyone with half a brain can see through. AL, was like a high level conman that actually fooled a lot of people, even after they saw his product.
With Golden it felt like if he'd just fire D'Onofrio, he might do well. With Diaz, it's all him. The dancing, rings, chains, it's ALL him. The culture is more rotten now than when Golden was here. Golden's problem was a schematic one. Manny's problem is 100% culture, which NO system will do well in. Yeah, the players eventually quit on Golden. Under Diaz they are too lazy to even get started.

Now, I'm not asking for Golden back, but I never thought I'd see a coach more stubborn than him. Then we get Richt and his O, then Manny and his trinkets. Why they **** can't we get a guy that can adapt? Why do we get these arrogant fools that are too stubborn to change? They interview well because they are so entrenched in what they believe, they can sell it to anyone. FFS, give me a coach that might not interview so well, but is highly adaptable. You know, do your homework when doing a coaching search, don't just rely on interviews that are knocked out of the park.

This guy brought in the chains, has assistants that force players to have photo shoots with them in between series, was riding around in yacht, and crashed a coaching clinic.

Then he wonders where the arrogance and disease comes from? Hilarious

sad part is that some of the clowns in this fan base will buy it

“It starts with me.” Geebuz, if I hear that from one more of these chicken**** coaches we hire, I think my head will explode. These sad sack coaches we’ve had for the past fifteen years or so make me🤮! More like “ it starts with me and I’m too dumb and lazy to fix it.” Sounds right now, doesn’t it ####head!

Straight out of the PR crisis response handbook. The question is whether Manny has the ability to win at the highest level (or even a basic level) not whether it is his job to do so. That part is assumed.

Everybody needs to go...three times this year after a bye week the whole entire team has come out unprepared....Feely can go to...

In his post game presser this man talked about rewarding people who work hard and bring energy. If you need to provide incentives for people to work hard then there is definitely a culture problem and he is making it worse. He does not know what to do and is lost.
