You are bias as you have an interest in Cronk based on your relationship. Your tone, at times, has certainly been pro-Cronk, at least slightly negative toward Miami, and now more anti-Williams behavior. Perhaps I am seeing it negatively.

But Williams saying the right things and then predictably decommitting is somehow more appealing to me than Cronk saying questionable things, making it seem like the staff is not trustworthy and that he has people in his ear rather than family like Williams.

I'm pro-Cronkrite when it comes to what's best for the kid. The people in his ear are family and that's it. He is one that doesn't sugar coat things all the time.

As far as Williams I just passed on some info that I was told because as we know most kids say the same cookie cutter lines in these interviews and not many know what's really going on. I know that about 99% of the people have no idea what really goes on in recruiting especially all the behind the scenes stuff.

So what I'm getting from you is that Cronk will stay and ride it out for a while because it's likely Williams will decommit eventually, and Walton reclassifying is 50/50 at best. It's not like any 4 of these guys need to rush anything if they wanted to decommit, they should all give it time.

As the RBs go, I want all of em to stay obviously but I think as long as only 1 decommits I think we'll be okay. Scarlett has shown he's a premier back so he can carry the load if Williams leaves and vice versa. I feel like Walton trying to reclassify messes everything up with the other backs but I won't hate on a kid for trying to get into college asap. No matter what happens tho this is shaping up to be a nice haul of backs.

If Williams attends this years UF Friday Night Lights an doesn't flip I think that will be a huge hurdle passed to show he sticks with UM.

I get the feeling it is not just family pushing him to UF but also his 7 on 7 coach (Chris Mitchell) who surprise surprise is looking for a grad asst position an happens to be a huge gator fan despite being a UCF alumni. Now I am not saying the two aren't coincidental, just an interesting observation.

Its better to try holding on to a commit than trying to flip them imo. Regardless we will have atleats 2 great RBs to join Yearby next season. Thank for the further details. Impression I was getting was that the people in his ear were some of the good ole SFL style whisperers vs family support --- then again "family" in SFL is sometimes defined broadly and the problem. I'm good here and hope Cronk rides it out. If he feels it is the right spot for him, I think it will work out big picture.
