He's also the reason Detroit has actually turned around and won. He's a winner and has turned around Cal, the Rams, and Now Detroit. Also the ceiling talk is funny cause he's already proven his ceiling is literally more success than Detroit has ever had in their history. He's literally already led Detroit to their greatest two seasons in 40 years basically. Stafford has a higher "ceiling" right? Meanwhile compare Staffords SB win year to Goff SB year and then compare their last 2 seasons.... Goffs is better.

He just is a pure pocket passer. Is what it is.

Well trash just delivered the greatest regular season in Detroit history and last year delivered the greatest postseason in Detroit history. Next season if they can stay healthy and Holmes can draft an EDGE in the 1st (and **** 2nd too) and hopefully re-sign Carlton Davis to a reasonable deal, Bring Zeitler back another year (and have Mahoganey start over Glasglow) they can make another run. Need to likely add at WR again (keep Patrick and draft a mid round WR for future dev). But Returning most of the starters again otherwise.... We'll see if they just promote Engrtrand and Sheppard or if they make outside hires.

I can't remember, as a Ravens fan do you dislike Todd Monken?
I've mostly been rooting for the Lions last 2 years, but not totally sure who I'd want Raiders to hire.

Out on Ben Johnson, and Aaron Glenn is taking Jets or saints job. We have no Qb so are pretty ****ed especially after idiotically beating the Jags and thus not being able to draft Cam (and **** not even Shadeur), though I'm inclined to just want to go for the offensive guy and hope it hits and you have your long term coach set. But that literally basically only leaves Todd Monken, Liam Cohen, and like Mike Mccarthy... Though even McCarthy likely takes either Jags or whichever job Glenn doesn't get. Under no circumstance do I want Ron Rivera. Caroll is waay too ******* old, but like at least he'd know what he's doing.

Johnson -> Bears
Glenn -> Jets 1st then Saints
McCarthy -> Jags 1st, then opposite of Glenn
Cohen/Monken -> Jags or Raiders

But honestly I really don't get why anyone was so surprised at the result being a Washington win. The defense was just so ****ed the entire last half of the season, and imo it basically never really gave them a realistic shot at a SB win or anything. Ultimately it put so much pressure on the offense to be literally perfect, and when that happens it makes guys play a bit tight and start forcing **** they normally wouldn't.

Monken stinks. You guys can have him.

But he's not really the issue.

The issue is Lamar Jackson always choking in crunchtime & John Harbaugh being over the hill as a Head Coach. His message has ran sour on the team & he no longer has the cache he once had.

We're stuck as long as the two of them are the primary leaders of the franchise.

There is no Superbowl in our future with Lamar & Harbaugh in the driver & passenger seat.

as a life long steelers fan, i can relate to the above re Harbaugh. he's done. and so is Tomlin. both should retire into the sunset.

lamar is a great athlete and a very good QB, but i've been saying for years that he cannot and will not get over the top. something about him snaps when it is D Day. even though i am a steelers fan, i wish he would do better since i respect and like him so much. but it is what it is at the end of the day

We lost because Lamar is a front runner who can't lead in critical moments & always chokes when its crunch time.

We also lost because John Harbaugh is finished.

The Baltimore Ravens will never make or win a Superbowl with those two mentally weak individuals as the leaders of the franchise.

The grass is always greener on the other side

- One team is About to have a 3x MVP with a great HC, great Organization for the most part with a long sustained history of competent drafting.

- Another team just had back to back their greatest seasons in franchise history, took the worst injury luck of any team in the league to specifically one side of the ball in as long as I can remember, had the best offense in the league, and returns basically all their starters, though they are likely losing their OC and DC to HCing jobs with Chicago and NYJ respectively, might lose their OLine coach to an OC job in Seattle, and are about to lose their DLine coach to a DC job with NE....

And here I am a fan of the Raiders lol....
 
I told a friend of mine who's a die hard Lions fan that Goff ain't gonna take them anywhere but to the couch watching he superbowl.

It js what it is.

Don't matter anyway, the Kansas City Cheats are gonna **** the Eagles over in the superbowl anyway, might as well look forward to the spring game and the draft and angry football fans. 🤷🏿‍♂️
