yeah bro I’m going to disagree with you here. A good coordinator adjusts to his players. Not the other way around. When coordinators are stubborn and try to jam “their” system on players that don’t fit you get the dan enos effect.
I agree with that but can a coach hide everything his players can’t do? Enos was a terrible fit but Baker maybe sees the need to get more speed at LB to fit what he wants to do. You can adjust all you want but if your lbs can’t run or cover how do you overcome that...to me it’s finding players who are more athletic that’s all I’m saying.
