It’s always been Miami and NC State. The Penn State commitment was weird and probably made in haste.

I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I know a big booster on the NC State collective and they would make a run here. These are the types of kids they try to bag up. Lower ranked kids with good evals that aren’t getting big bags from other schools. Basically they work with a smaller budget (in relation) and try to grab the guys the bag schools want but won’t break the bank for.
