Those numbers seem right then no? Everyone should get a fair shake regardless of what you look like but DEI hires are a joke

Player skill set and Coach skill set differ, but it is a great question to ask. We know there is a disparity.

Why the disparity is the question.
Opportunity. In the last 15 years 12 QBs won the Heisman. 8 of them Black. In the 76 years prior there were only 2. Black athletes were considered mentally inferior to be QBs. But the tide has turned and its become a lot more common.

For coaching its the same idea but there's still ways to go on opportunity.
