The best part of what you're seeing with Bush is that he's doing almost everything on athleticism right now. Also look forward to him putting on some weight on his lower body so he can crouch and explode on tackles better. He sometimes reaches too much and tackles really high (think he has like 2-3 severe facemask penalties already)

Deon and McGee's progress is proof enough the Coach Williams knows what he is doing. Deon looked like a great athlete trying to play football in his highlights. McGee has never shown any type of technique or willingness to tackle for 3 years... Both standout on D right now!

There are some questions about some of the staff but Williams should be exempt from any criticism

I was as as well, the highlights of him annihilating kids during that camp screamed future all-American CB. He has proven me wrong at S, and I am **** happy for that.

This is one of the biggest falsehoods perpetuated out there. He was lazy and atrocious. He very rarely pulled anyone where there was a legit battle, or we were the underdog. And while talent evaluation is slightly different from the recruiting itself, he was even worse on that critical skill.

I think whats lost in all this is the job PAUL WILLIAMS is doing with these DB's. Gunter is going to be something and so is Tracy. Finnie is just a playmaker too. Paul Williams is really the unsung hero in all this. Cant wait to see what he does with Carter and Burns.
