Denzel and Duke...By any means necessary, lol

Honestly, this program's attendance is driven, like most every university located in a major city, by wins. This is not Columbus Ohio or Gainsville Florida where the 6 home games are the only thing to do for the entire year on a Saturday. I'm sure those city's would argue that during basketball season….
When this program rolls, everyone is a Canes fan. EVERYONE! Those of us on this board, are the only ones going to CanesFest and think the Gables is Heaven. The stadium fills with the bandwagon. Personally I can't wait. Ohhhhhhh

We didn't lose a home game for 9 years and had the greatest home field advantage in college football history. WIN!

I hate all the B.S reasons everyone gives about not going to the games. I live in tampa(clearwater)a 4 hour drive. i have been to atleast 1 home game every year for the past 10 years and i've been a season ticket holder for the past 4 years, i try to go to atleast 1 away game a year. So if you live anywhere close to that stadium and you dont go, win or lose, then you are not a real fan and please exit stage left!!!

Season tickets in the mail this week--- i don't if its 70,000 or 7, ill be at Sun Life. Go Canes!

Lol some people. It's a major metropolitan city. An international city and travel hub for a good portion of the world. Tallahassee, Gainesville, Columbus are college stink hole towns with no professional teams and no real city life. Just win and you will see asses in the stands. Also, canopy will help us select super um fans are going to be at the games. You need the casual fan. A canopy helps that stadium is brutally hot. No family is taking kids to an Arky st game to feel like they are dying at noon in September. Anyways I think it's awesome the guys are out there pumping up the program.

Dunedin you said 1 game every year at least. What are you doing with the rest of the season tix for the year? Selling them on stubhub or giving them to a hurricane fan from that area to go? Not judging just curious.

And Gainesville has 200,000 people, while the Miami metro area has 6 million, so lol, some people, it all evens out.

Yea and just about all 200,00 are somehow tied into that university whether, student, faculty, a business that is funded in some respect by said university or local officials with investment in said university. Have you been to Gainseville? I shouldn't have to explain this?

Yeah i'll clairfy that, since i became a season ticket holder i go to all the home games never sold a ticket. If i cant make it for some Reason ill give my ticket to my buddy that is a season ticket holder with me and he takes some one or vice versa and if by some reason we both cant make it i've given them away on here. But before i became a season ticket holder i made it to atleast 1 home game a year and thats living 4 hours away

What's your point? You really don't think that out of 6 million people, we can find more than 40,000 to go to games? Come on now. And, I lived in Tallahassee for 5 years, so, no, you don't need to explain anything to me. And, by the way, I think we might actually be trying to say the same thing. Win, and the people will show up, because they are there, 6 million of them.
