Man, I'm not going to rag on him, but imagine having all that talent and flushing it down the toilet like this young man may. He needs to get himself in check and put those talents to work.

This is why recruiting high character is important and that’s not a shot at these young guys. Some people just take a little longer to “grow up”

They have the talent just need to get their head and priorities in the right direction
