At this point, what the **** else could they even say?

That's some limp wristed *****assness akin to your girlfriend bringing up the stripper you finger banged 5 years ago at a drunken bachelor party.

The more I read on this **** the more ****ed I get.

"Significant Allegations" They don't have **** other than Shapiro's word which means ******* nothing.

I'm also not sure how we are deflecting anything. Our Motion to Dismiss stated very bluntly that we accept anything that was corroborated correctly, thus the two self imposed bowl bands. This is just petty by the Enforcement staff but what else is new

This will go to court. Not sure what Donna has up her skirt, but I sure hope it involves the federal government.

All they have is "allegations"! No substantial proof...they just want to hammer us. Clearly they have a monster agenda against us. This case is beyond ridiculous and never ending...

I don't know how lawyers do it. For me, a smug response like this would instigate a physically violent response.

If its court they want it's court they're gonna get.

I'm riding with Donna.

Once it goes to discovery you're gonna be able to drive an $EC size OLine up the NCAA's ****.

I'm no legal eagle by any means, but for those who are, is there any legal basis to really go for the throat and file anti-trust claims against the existing NCAA?

I mean, they just do what they **** well please, and they seem to think they're above the law - which they don't use any principles of anyway.

The monster agenda is this, destroying Miami would let the SEC be able to have their way in So. Fla. when it comes to recruiting. Emmert was at LSU and brought Saban in. Emmert knows what goes on in the SEC, because he was at LSU when they messed up. He knows in goes at every school, except maybe Vandy, but does nothing, because of the money the SEC brings in. There is no doubt in my mind this was and is the NCAA/Emmert's motive.
