Redshirt freshman at Auburn is wanting to transfer to the "U". This youngman is the winningest highschool QB in Texas history.

I'm not sure if he's been discussed on this board or not, but what do you guys think?

He originally committed to VA Tech, then decomitted & went to Auburn.

We offered him, but in both cases he spurned us, stupidly on his part because it was already foreseen that he wasn’t going to play early at AU given that Bo Nix was already there, but he still of course signed with them because these kids & the adults around them never think long term...

He’s basically a D’Eriq King clone, very good running QB with solid arm talent.

His best bet would be to transfer to Louisiana Lafayette & be the successor to Levi Lewis who’s another QB he’s very similar to in play style.

With TVD, Garcia & Jacurri Brown in the fold, he would never play here.
 
why would he come here...not going to beat out TVD or Garcia. And if you havent figured it out....lashlees offense is made for passing QBs not RBs pretending to be QBs

CIS never surprises me. Talking about TVD gone after next year. His consistency needs to improve dramatically along with lot of other things. 3 good games against mediocre teams and he leaving to NFL?

I actually thought Davis may be a better fit for Lashlee's offense than Garcia. After seeing the offense look much better with pro style QB's who have a little mobility I'd say stay pat with TVD, Garcia, and Brown coming in as our project and dual threat.
