Their announcement got pushed back to 3pm today. There were also a couple 247 Crystal Ball predictions toward Miami that came in around 8pm last night. Sure hope these guys are Canes by the end of the day. Go Canes!

Bryce Aiken is back from his third and final official visit to Miami and will be closing in on a decision soon.

“Miami has everything you could ask for in a school with a strong balance of academics and athletics,” he told SNY.tv.

The 5-foot-11 point guard from the PSA Cardinals and St. Patrick’s High School plans to make his decision within a couple of weeks.

“Two weeks max,” he said.

He visited Seton Hall last week and Harvard before that and will decide between those three schools.

Miami is also in the mix for the McDonough 35 duo De’Jon Jarreau and Brison Gresham, who are set to announce on Monday at 10 a.m.

Don't know. I don't really follow basketball recruiting as much as I do the team. From everything I've heard, Coach L was never a guy who got HUGE recruits. He got mid range recruits, and coached them up. I thought he'd be able to start landing much bigger names as the program improved, and he has, but not as consistently. I guess we have to win more consistently?

Don't get all the *****ing. Kids want to play right away. Ton of depth on this squad. Think we'll be ok. Saw Jarreau's film and was honestly surprised he was ranked as high as he was.

It's a **** shame we lost out on these two. We gotta pray for Huell. However unlikely it may seem. And that Aiken kid too

These guys arent program changers therefore no reason to get bent about it. Likely would have been end bench depth players 1st 2 years. I dont blame them for going to Umass. They wanna play right away and they obviously wanna play together. Best choice for them as a student athlete.

This strawman is so played out when we lose recruits. First, I didn't see anyone calling these kids program changers. Next, guys like gamble, Davon Scott and trey McKinney weren't program changers but were key parts in our acc title.

These two kids added with Rodney miller and the current kids on our roster build up our depth and make a nice core. It's fair for posters to be mad that we just lost a head to head with UMass.

I never said anybody called them program changers. All i said was there is no need to get bent up about. Yes they could turn into solid contributers by junior season but Coach L will have no problem replacing with comparable players.

Not like UMass has won anything.

Starting to question this staff's recruiting ability.
