Any able-bodied man on this roster that can run upright without tipping over needs to be in rotation on the DL. We are curiously thin at the most important positions on defense. Even if this guy can come in and give us a handful of plays where he's providing something of value, we need it. Same goes for Arab $. Sad and dark times across the defensive line at the University of Miami.

When you have 80 plus players on scholarship plus walkons on any given year, you run close
to using all the available numbers.
Retiring jersey numbers in college football is not a good idea.
Besides, at a place like UM, where do you start/end with this practice?
Too many great players that came from that school.
