The Canes First Practice Is out of the way....Read The bottom for a few Day one News Reports.

Some notes from Day 1 Include:
- Coach Coley Keeps Terminology in the offense so players won't have to learn a brand new system.
- Stephen Morris looking alive and well
- Duke, Danny Dillard and Crawford are known to have done well.
- Clive and Asante looked good at TE
- Fig with the black Shirt and is highly regarded by the staff
- On field drills consisted of a lot of ST.
- Stephen Morris Screen to duke was sick.
- Kacy Rodgers had a procedure this off-season
- Highsmith tweaked his hamstring
- Eddie Johnson on campus but remains suspended from football activities.
- OC Coley wants Miami to be a vertical big play offense not the dink and dunk offense.

Some notes...lots of early ST work

Looked like no changes have been made since the depth chart was released..

Gabe Terry is in a boot on his right ankle and on crutches...there was speculation he was suspended...doesn't matter he's hurt

Kacy Rodgers looks like he has a left leg tweak...was told by SID that it must be a new injury because he wasn't on the official injury list..

Shane McDermott was in yellow, not red..so that's good...supposedly a shoulder injury he played with all last year....

David perry, now back to defense, on crutches

Hard to get a good look at all players in red or yellow because of newly installed fences that keep the media further back then we've been.

I can say there was a lot of enthusiasm....

Stephen Morris is your undenied team leader...the most vocal player out there....led stretch and all eyes were on him
