Woodiel too new to blame IMO. Firsthand like a few other offensive players we need to improve in concepting how we plan on using these guys in one on ones. This is the 2nd player we failed on offensively selling in the "scheme" Hate away haha but facts are facts.
is there a disconnect w the scheme (in that the coaches are trying to sell the new offense but isnt coming across as something everyone agrees with?) or is Dawson just not a good recruiter

This changed between your Drake gif on Wednesday night and today? What had you confident on Weds? He bought our offensive plan Weds and was talked out of it by today? Looking for clarity here

Lmao ready between the lines friend. A let's go gif is far from hey he committed to us. We were in the game and the decision came down how it came down... there is a reason it didn't go our way but hey what do I know.

We were recruiting Ionata longer than Bama. We were recruiting Noland longer than Ohio State.

We’ve been losing every which way.
I get that. Well I'll just say we will never know how impactful that is. I'm sure we won alot of recruits as well for that very reason. Regardless, I still don't buy that our staff dropped the ball for the reason that was given.

That guy knows a lot legit. He’s talked to me in advance of things happening. He’s not manufacturing it out of thin air in my opinion. He’s guaranteed talked to someone, likely the recruit or a parent or coach of his at a minimum.

Because your #2 point was so off.

But any how, let’s move on.
okay. You can just be an adult and tell me I'm wrong and your reason for disagreement. But oooooh, they should have left me in purgatory just because you felt a certain way about what I said? was it a personal attack towards you? And that's the main problem with y'all on here. Y'all take everything so personal.

But I apologize if it seemed that I was attacking you or my statement annoyed you. If you want me in purgatory then hey, tell them to put me in it. I'll live.

Dawson told WRs he can use him like Tank Dell and showed them on film but somehow he needs to explain it to them in more detail on how he plans to use them ok.
And the homie Mitchell had a 3 year plan laid out to him how they want to use him year by year until he goes to the NFL. Dam how much more detail do these guys need it's obvious they just want to go to other schools more

Oh trust me.... I am a big supporter of @1murhurricane . I know he knows his ****. This time though, I just disagree.

The only slight difference is So Cal kids r way more loyal to SC than So Fla to Miami, but even then that loyalty is tested.
This is the major difference between Miami and SC imo. And it's not limited to SoCal either. SC IS the dream school, in Miami, that label is the harbringer of death.

There's a difference between showing them something and something that clicks with them and compels them to come here but again what do I know... I guess all offensive players this year just don't want to come to Miami minus a couple of players.

Cmon RVA. Now you know thats not apples to apples. Bama and Ohio State........ They have cache to do that, at the moment we dont.
I agree in general but I can’t continue to bend the rule as it suits us. At some point we’re just taking mass L’s. And those schools are who we are competing with when we chose to go for these top recruits. If we’re not up for it then why are we doing this? We beat those schools for Samson, Bain and Mauigoa last year so it’s possible. We’re getting cucked this year. James Nesta and Gilmore both picked Oklahoma as well. It’s not just Bama and Ohio State.

But what I don't understand is.... at what point does a recruit realize this? like We are recruiting them and giving them the same info for months. Dawson has been here for awhile. No way Mitchell is just now realizing that he's not understanding how he will be used.

Miami’s last offense was dog****…

Dawson has question marks as to whether it was he or Dana…

Mario has a terrible offensive reputation…

Mario and Dawson need to overcome that in the recruiting room. Today they didn’t.

I don't know bro I just thought they broke down the year by year plans on how they were being used, or maybe the staff couldn't articulate it to them well enough to them like you said. Maybe with better offensive play this year it will be easier for WRs no matter how they articulate it

I'm simply stating one of the pieces that led to a decision. It's not the "sole reason" but when the deliberation came down it's not always hey they outbid us and they were always going there and Miami was never in contention that the CIS narrative always goes when we lose someone.
