anyone know the real percetnage of Florida kids on FSU and UF. sileo kept spewing a 90% or 95% range for both. i read on state of the U twitter, it was round 66% and 70% for each.

This is another problem with him, he lies to support his BS points. There is nothing redeeming about Dan Sileo.

this baffoon this morniong tried to make a point that neither he nor Luke said that they did say "Miami did not WANT inner city kids" rather that miami did not OFFER Miami city kids. To prove tjis point, he said listen closely and played a clip from the show. Luke then says in the clip that "Miami does not want inner city kids", then later also says "Miami did not offer inner city kids".

Sileo might be described as a creative mind, ie. short for bull****ter. The guy comes on the air totally unprepared and wings it with a lot of tough guy bravado. He comes on today *****ing about South Florida recruiting and how the '86 team he played on was all Florida guys. That's bull****, too

The '86 team had close to 10 starters/key contributors outside of Florida: guys like Danny Stubbs, Vinny Testaverde (backup Geoff Torretta was from Cali), Jeff Feagles, Greg Mark, Russell Maryland, Paul O'Connor, Andre Brown, Gregg Rakoczy . . . and, yeah, a backup DT from the nasty streets and grid iron hotbed of Stamford, Ct., after having worn out his welcome at Maryland and Cincinnati, by the name of Dan Sileo.

Probably more out-of-state starters in '86 than we had this year or will have next fall.
