DAILY DEBATE: Who was your biggest disappointment in Miami history?

Not his fault, of course. But the kid was special, and he/we were robbed of seeing what could’ve been. Special and elite are thrown around way too easily, but he had it in spades.

Wonder what could’ve been. I imagine it’s especially tough for him. But man I couldn’t wait to see what he was going to do next before he got hurt. So much promise.

One of those Cane stories that just makes me smh and curse the football gods.

Willie Williams is the obvious answer here. If there were such a thing as a 6-Star this kid would have been one because the hype was that massive around him. Also, I guess you could say this is cheating, but I’m going to nominate that 08’ recruiting class. At the time, I remember ESPN and some others in the media labeling it, “The greatest recruiting class ever assembled.” Sadly, we all know how that turned out.
