DAILY DEBATE: Who is the most underrated Cane since 2010?

Corey Flagg….forever will be remembered for reading his keys and simply “doing his job” and making the play of the game vs Clemson.

Teams annually eat us alive (no diddy) with misdirection action and had it not been for this 3 star, undersized, “easily replaceable” LB from Texas, we’d still have that losing streak going vs Clemson.

Maybe people have different feelings about them, but I feel like I only see Yearby and Coley referenced for not being Dalvin Cook and falling down if the wind picked up, respectively. But both had pretty solid careers at Miami.

I originally thought he was joking, but I think he was serious. I guess he forgot all the times Flagg had the QB or RB dead to rights and simply let them run right by him. Left Flagg standing in concrete. Minimal effort needed by the qb or rb.

Flagg was a solid tackler when he could get them in the grasp. Problem was he struggled to get near whoever was carrying the ball.

Damien Martinez. Dude was flat out nasty this year and some of our fans/posters thought he should be 3rd or 4th on the depth chart.
Guy ended the year averaging 6.3 per carry. I believe prior to the Louisville game (seventh game of season), he was around 4.3. He had to have averaged over eight per carry to end the year.
