It’s funny that for years Miami supposedly was only focused on recruiting south Florida yet somehow completely ignored some of the best programs for producing talent. For years you could count the number of STA, Heritage and IMG kids on our roster with one hand. These are literally the three biggest producers of NFL players in the country and we were pretending they didn’t exist.

IMG isnt in south florida or have much south florida kids.

They have kids from all over the country at times placed there by the colleges.

We have actualy done ok at IMG. We struck out for some time at actually getting the elite kids from our pipeline schools locally

Yeah but it is in that “State of Miami” that we were supposedly recruiting. We couldn’t get a foot in the door there even when Steve Walsh, a former UM quarterback was running things.

Chaminade Madonna has been very good to us the last several years-

Aquinas is back in the fold-

Colombus has a great history with us going way back-

Miami Central has been very good to over the past several years.

Miami Northwestern we know the story -Hopefully with Teddy at the helm we can develop a great relationship.

Palm Beach county over the years has been great going way back with OJ Anderson and Kevin Patrick from Forest Hill-
