Here is a thread we did on him back in June: Travon Thomas, '19 DE

After watching a couple of his senior games (below), I am definitely seeing LB for him.

Yea he’s a LB...too small to be a DE but even there he’s limited. A place like Bama is a fit for him because he’ll play on the outside. I don’t think you’ll disagree with me about him not being a fit here

I disagree, he has the size but do we know if he has the coverage skills or speed to play OLB

Not for Miami...he probably runs mid 4.8. I’m not hitting him as a player I’m stating he’s not a fit here.

We already have Harvey and Joyner for a similar role. With that said, I'd love to see Thomas more in space to get a real read on him. He definitely looks like a quality player.

Back when this thread was going, he was reported as heading to paradise. He was one of the kids I was looking forward to seeing how they did at Paradise. He never made it.
