Seeing everyone around Chick and him in the workout video screaming at guys, he seems that he is going to be the leader of this team at not let go of that. We need that type of guy who can lead and motivate players. Dorsett did a nice job of this as well in the other video. Need guys to push and help motivate the others. No loafing around any more.
