I'm going to refrain from slamming Dnofrio going forward. The guy simply isn't good.

Having said that any doubts on Porter's impact on the DL are over. Stay healthy kid. His play was great to see and Pierre is doing better as well.

Hoping to see even more out of him now that he's gaining endurance. Too bad he wasn't around at the beginning of the season.

Porter and Pierre are actually looking like a nice combo. Pierre gets better every week and Porter makes an impact whenever he is in there.

Channing Crowder was really talking up Pierre on the radio yesterday. And he's just a soph. With some added strength, kid could be a nice piece next year and in particular, in senior season.

does Porter have eligibility left? he was a 2009 kid I believe. I'm thinking he's redshirted

If we can magically keep Porter healthy and he, Pierre, and Robinson (along with the FR) can have a good off-season, we might get decent play from our DTs next year. Add a JUCO or a motivated/in-shape Keith Bryant and things look a little better.

I don't feel as optimistic about DE. Hopefully McCord has a great off-season without losing too much burst. Really need another speed guy or JUCo guy to emerge. Dwayne Hoilett where are you?

kind of random. what's the connection with CC?

I hope that's true about Pierre, but Crowder is painful to listen to. He makes Sileo sound like he's in Mensa.

I've only heard Crowder once, but he sounded WAAAY better than Sileo.

Sileo is one of those guys who believes that all you have to do is run the program like Jimmy did. The problem is that was 25 years ago. We obviously want to duplicate Jimmy's success, but you can't run the program exactly like he did. It's just not realistic in today's landscape.

Sileo is an a$$ clown, no doubt, and I can't stand listening to him, but Crowder sounds like a retarded redneck (redundant?) who talks about eating roadkill on the radio show.

Crowder is listenable because it's only small doses. It's just a segment. Sileo on the other hand is painful ...

Dan Sileo calls people broseph and puts his sunglasses on the back of his neck when he goes indoors.

And he is not even in great shape. While this isn't saying much, I expect him to be the best DT we have had in awhile next year in 2013.

With our recent luck, he will opt for the draft after this year

All Porter would need to do is make a highlight tape of the USF and BC games from 2011 and he'd get drafted.
