He worded that very poorly, but what he meant to say was there goes OUR silent (as in Miami).

There IS our silent.

For the record I don't think anyone would ever say there is our silent, it would most likely be written there's our silent. Either ways what I was correcting was his use of ARE instead of OUR.

Here's a case of one little comment getting dragged out a bit...
I wasn't responding to your interpretation and I'm not one to claim to know what someone else meant to write.
The optimist in me was saying..."there IS our silent".
Sorry about using the rarely used, fully written form of there's.
