I'm hoping for 2 or 3 backs in this class and I hope Cronkrite is one of 'em.
This is the type of kid you want in your program. Smart, great size, athletic, productive on both sides.
I've heard that the coaches are smitten with him.
Why did they drag their feet to offer?
Its February, not June.........

I know, but Pete and DMoney have said that he was a heavy Cane lean for a long time, but the fact that he didn't get his offer until recently didn't help us and led to more negative talk about us. Any other school doesn't need to deal with these problems, but we've seen that even getting an offer early in your junior year is interpreted as us, "disrespecting," a recruit. So by that context, we should have offered earlier to avoid that.
I should have explained myself better originally.
Ill never pay much mind to this heavy lean stuff. I have seen kids commit and decommit all the while acting like we had a chance when we clearly didnt. I like following recruiting but there are only so man Duke Johnsons out there. Dont need to be showered with love for a year
He'll be much better than James.

The timing of the offer will not affect his decision at all. He is a Cane lean and a heavy one at that but you will not hear him say this because he doesn't want anything taken out of context. He wants to experience some of what the recruiting process has to offer because it is a once in a lifetime opportunity so let him and the other kids we want take their visits and time to make the best decision. I'd rather have a kid stay quiet, take his visits and then commit to us instead of committing and doing visits and then possibly flipping.
Duke leaving for the NFL, Gus Edward and Dallas Crawford both suck.
Wow they're some idiots on this site.

If you say, but past instances don't make me feel as confident as you are that will definitely happen.
