Makes him sound like the second coming of the Messiah. Will be strange to see skinny legs Lamar on the sideline.

I think we are going to have to depend on turnovers and QB pressure.

Weren't we bad at both last year?
You're going to see 475 shallow crosses which in the past have been the death of our defense. Petrino's offense is efficient and you have to think he's watering at the mouth from the tape he's seen of our schematical approach from prior years.
If there was ever a moment for Onfrio to have an epiphany and switch up from that passive cover 3....it's this game. If you don't mix it up against this cat he'll tear us apart, regardless of who the QB is.
And there's the rub. Relying on turnovers that may never happen is a recipe for giving up a lot of points. And I can't remember the last time we had a defense that consistently put pressure on the QB. It certainly hasn't happened under D'Onofrio's watch.I think we are going to have to depend on turnovers and QB pressure. We will give up a lot of yards. Hopefully we limit them on the ground, but 350-400 yards is not out of the question through the air. I think we will win offensive special teams, not sure about our kicking game yet for field position. Run the ball on offense to help out Brad and give us some TOP and score TD in the red zone, not field goals. We will have our hands full with this offense.
Omg Fuuuuck Petrino. I keep seeing everyone praise him. I don't care if he was Bear Bryant, he is our opponent this week. He gets no love from me.
Porsters keep taking about how our D better be ready and all this other **** ****. Petrino and Louisville better be ready for Duke to shove his palm down their throats.
The counter punch is where we have shown to be weak and where Petrino has shown to be strong. It's my greatest concern for this upcoming Monday.

It's a big issue, hopefully Petrino is at a bit of a disadvantage without Parker, and our defense is better prepared this season. I haven't seen tape on Gardner, is he mobile at all?
