At 6'2 212lbs it seems like he would above average speed and coverage skills compared to your average OLB. It seems like 15-20 would make him an ideal OLB. Ami way off?

WAY OFF on him being "an ideal OLB"!

I'm not sure he is physical enough to play DB, and you're thinking of playing him at OLB?!?!?

Besides it being a horrible idea, I always shake my head when people so nonchalantly talk about putting on 15-20 lbs.

NO Bad idea.....while we are at it..why not have sentreal lose 140lbs so that he can play safety..with his height he would kill it

A solid 60 lbs and he'd be a great DT if he can keep his speed. Way above average speed for a DT and with his coverage experience Dorito could get creative dropping him into coverage.

He's going to play a lot this year at safety. People need to start wrapping their heads around that.

Also if rogers added 4-6 inches with the 60 pounds, he might help out with the b-ball team

So are there different philosophies when comes it to nickel backs? Say a small agile nb to cover shifty slot receivers or is it always larger corners/safety to help put in run support minus the linebacker?
