Yeah these two years have been horrific. There's improvement but going from terrible to bad isn't all that
 
Good football player, just very limited athletically. Would not have played over the freshman next year.

PFF likes him because he doesn't miss many tackles…But it's like they don't take into account you need a sun dial for him to get to the edge and by that time it's a chunk play for the other team.

Bro if our young Lbs don’t step the **** up this off-season I’m gunna be ****ed. These guys are so athletic and talented. Kiki can be the elder statesman and just have these young dudes flying around. We need that bad

Slow...missed too many tackles and poor angles. Time to move on...Time for the 3 Frosh LB's to earn their keep, plus you have Kiki and Wes..bring in a vet portal..

People use the word “stud” and “elite” way too loosely on this board.

Kiko is excellent attacking downfield, blitzing, all that. Very good, borderline elite in that category.

Coverage…not so elite. But Guidry found what worked for him and he tried to play to his strengths, blitzing and whatnot.

Hopefully the young guys step up, but I also wouldn’t be opposed to adding a speedy LB in the portal who’s more of a coverage guy with lateral quickness that can play sideline to sideline.
 
Thank you young fella for putting on the Canes uniform and putting in a good season. Always will remember you for Clemson. Hope you land in a good spot. Nothing but love for the young pup! Too much talent behind him though. We finally have an LB room.

I can respect that. Kid took a ton of **** during his time here and always showed up to play on Saturdays. He’s gonna be one **** of a defensive coach one day.
